Sigenergy SigenStor
One modular stack that does the job of four boxes: hybrid inverter, battery, backup power and EV charging. We were recognised by Sigenergy as an awarded installer in 2024, and we've now put more than thirty SigenStor systems into homes across the Yarra Valley and Melbourne's east.
Why we install it
A battery system that grows with you
Most home batteries make you choose your capacity on day one. The SigenStor doesn't. Each battery module simply stacks onto the one below it — no cabinet rewiring, no second wall unit. Start with the capacity that suits your bills today, and add modules later when the EV arrives or the kids' teenage years hit the hot water service.
Just as important for our hills clients: with the Sigen Gateway, a SigenStor keeps your whole home running through a blackout. When storms take the grid out along the Maroondah Highway, our SigenStor households mostly find out from the neighbours.
Stackable capacity
Battery modules of roughly 8 kWh each stack into a single tower — expand the system after installation without starting again. [VERIFY: exact module size 8.06 kWh and max modules per tower]
Whole-home backup
Paired with the Sigen Gateway, the system switches to backup so fast that computers, Wi-Fi and appliances don't notice the grid has gone. [VERIFY: quoted switchover time / UPS-class claim]
EV charging built in
An optional DC charging module turns the battery stack into a home DC fast charger — charge the car straight from stored solar. [VERIFY: DC module rating]
One app, everything
Solar, battery, backup and charging live in the mySigen app, with AI-assisted forecasting that pre-charges the battery ahead of forecast weather and price events.

Installed and supported here, not from a call centre
We've installed SigenStor systems from single-phase 8 kWh starters to a three-phase 64 kWh system with grid, backup and generator integration. Every system is commissioned by us, monitored by us, and serviced by us — and because we run these systems day in, day out, we know exactly how they behave through a Yarra Valley winter.
